The Centre for Applied Behaviour Analysis Accredited Training is based on the following principles:

- Direct Support staff must have the opportunity to develop sophisticated skills in the assessment and programme design to provide the highest professional services to the persons that they serve.

- The basis of service delivery is positive programming hence training and training materials must  enable direct support staff to deliver high quality programme support to the persons whom they serve.
